He's a composer, and he wrote the music to the original Casino Royale, a movie that spoofed Bond films way before Mike Myers did with these movies. And so has the man- not even an actor- whose music inspired the movies' soundtracks. Seth has been in all three Austin Powers movies. While Amanda Bynes is in a movie about robots and Zach Braff is in a movie about chickens, Seth was in a TV show called Robot Chicken… so there! Bonus: Seth's character is a kid, hooked on his hero, The Masked Avenger, a radio character done by Wally.

The other role you might know Seth for is the werewolf Oz on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, in which he dated Allyson Hannigan and hung out with Sarah Michelle Gellar (for a full list of Buffy's Jews, click on Sarah's name).Īnd when he was a kid, before his bar-mitzvah, he starred in Woody Allen's movie Radio Days (one of our Movies of the Month!), about growing up Jewish in the 1940s. He was also in Can't Hardly Wait with Leslie Grossman and two live-action movies based on cartoons: Scooby Doo 2 and Josie and the Pussycats. Seth also plays Scott Evil in the Austin Powers movies (Shh!) with Jeff Garlin.
(Berke is a big fan of the book The Phantom Tollbooth, whose main character is named Milo, too! The original Milo was a Greek sculptor, famous for his image of the goddess Venus called, you guessed it: Venus de Milo.) The story is by Berke Breathed, a phenomenal cartoonist whose biggest hit was a 1980s strip called Bloom County, which centered around a boy also named Milo, his friend Binkley, and Binkley's pet penguin, Opus, who later had his own strip. It's somewhat like Jimmy Neutron, except Milo is not a boy genius. Speaking of toons, Seth's latest movie is called Mars Needs Moms! He plays a boy named Milo whose mom is abducted by aliens, so he starts to appreciate her once she's gone. But the BIG BIG news is that Family Guy is the FIRST SHOW EVER to be brought back after being cancelled- fan power rocks! He's also in a spinoff called The Cleveland Show. Seth was Chris on Family Guy with Alex Borstein (she's the mom, Lois)… and the BIG news is that the Family Guy movie came out. Seth's most recent TV show was called Four Kings and it was about four brothers who inherit an awesome apartment and start to live like. He's also in Old Dogs, about some older guys (John Travolta and Robin Williams) who have to learn some new tricks- taking care of seven-year-old twins! (Wait, haven't we seen this plot before. about a schmillion times? The ones who should be learning new tricks are some Hollywood writers!) So far, all we have are American jobs, but we're very grateful for those! Seth's latest live-action movie was called The Brazilian Job, and it's a heist movie that's a sequel to The Italian Job. Well, now he's going to be making fun of himself, because the Star Wars people liked his parodies so much, they asked Seth to do a voice in Clone Wars! That's sort of the ultimate compliment.
